Adam Parker is set to join the grid for the 2025 Milltek Sport Civic Cup, adding to a number of new young drivers signing up for the new season.

Adam will compete for the family-run team, driving a Civic EP3, marking a new challenge in his motorsport journey.

Adam, who is autistic, has demonstrated incredible passion and determination throughout his racing career.

Making the move up from karting into car racing, Adam took part in the Junior Saloon Car Championship before competing for two seasons in the Type R Trophy.

Despite being part of a small, family-run team, he has embraced every opportunity to learn and develop his skills on and off the track, even with a limited budget. Working alongside father Andrew and other members of the family at events, Adam knows that he has a tough season ahead of him.

The Civic Cup is known for its close racing and strong competition, providing Adam with the perfect environment to grow as a driver. The 2025 season begins on 22nd March at Donington Park, and Adam is eager to get started and see what he can achieve.

“Joining the Civic Cup is a big step for me,” said Adam. “I know the competition is tough, but I’m here to learn and improve with every race.”

Championship Promoter Stewart Lines is very happy to see Adam sign up for the new season.

“Its difficult for the younger kids to find their way into car racing from karting, there isn’t always a clear path. This is a situation we are trying to change by offering the Civic Cup as the next step up for junior racers,” said Stewart.

“It’s great to see Adam joining the grid. As well as competing on track, he is also competing with the challenges of Autism. Motorsport provides an arena for Adam and his family to provide more awareness on this subject, and I welcome them to the championship.
