Louis Austin Steps Up to the Milltek Civic Cup for the 2026 Season

Louis Austin will contest the upcoming season as a privateer entrant under the Austin Autosport banner. Austin moves forward following previous experience in the Junior Saloon Car Championship (JSCC), having made the transition into circuit racing from a sim racing background.

During his time in JSCC, Austin showed strong potential, scoring podium finishes and challenging for the Rookie Championship before missing a round, which ultimately ended his title contention.

For the season ahead, Austin’s ambitions focus on development and enjoyment. His goals include finishing inside the top ten at selected rounds, racing closely with competitors, and building new friendships within the paddock.

“I’m really excited to take this next step in my racing career,” said Austin. “After coming through JSCC and fighting for podiums, my aim now is to keep learning, have close racing, and push for top-ten results while enjoying the experience.”

Championship Manager Jack Finlan welcomed Austin to the grid.

“It’s great to see Louis stepping up for the upcoming season,” said Finlan. “He showed strong promise in JSCC, and with his background and approach, I’m sure he’ll be a great addition to the championship and someone to watch as he develops.”
