Camp takes pole position number four at Donington Park whilst Jeakins goes quickest in Production

Alistair Camp continued his run of pole positions as he claimed pole number four of the 2022 season for round eleven of the Milltek Sport Civic Cup, the first of two races taking place at Donington Park on Bank Holiday Monday.

The Area Motorsport driver set his stall out early with a time of 1:17.781, which he set on the second lap of his ten laps during the 15-minute session and it was a time that was never headed.

Morgan Bailey out in his MJB Motorsport EP3 Civic in third place on the grid.

Following his move from Kinetic Motorsport to Pro Alloys Racing for the rest of the season, Will Redford will start his first race for the team in fourth place ahead of Cadwell Park race winner Dan Thackeray in his Motion Motorsport EP3 Civic in fifth and title contender Matt Luff starting in sixth place.

Jack Harding will start from seventh on the grid after missing the Castle Combe event, where he will be joined on row four by Harvey Caton in the JWB Motorsport EP3 Civic, whilst the returning Ross Darlington and Will Di Claudio complete the top ten places for race one.

Matthew Cripps and Owen Hillman in the third Pro Alloys Racing entry will start eleventh and twelfth respectively whilst Production class polesitter Alfie Jeakins will start from 13th place ahead of Cup class runner Paul McHugh in his Area motorsport run FN2 Civic.

Loui Hounsell lines up in 15th place overall and second in class in the second Jeakins Race Preparation EP3 Civic as Jeff Alden (Cup class FN2), Jordan Brennan (Cup class EP3), Mark Hughes (Production Class FN2) and Simon Welch (Production Class EP3) complete the grid.

Race one will get underway at 14.40 where the race will be live streamed on the championships YouTube channel and Facebook page.
