Charlotte Birch and Harry England aim for 2024 with debut in 2023 Civic Cup Finale

The 2023 finale of the Milltek Sport Civic Cup will see more new faces taking the plunge as the title battle is fought out on Sunday at Brands Hatch in Kent.

Charlotte Birch will take part in her first-ever Civic Cup event, at the wheel of a Vinna Sport-prepared Honda Civic EP3.

Charlotte, who has previously competed in the GT Cup, will experience front-wheel-drive tin-tops for the first time since racing in the Junior Saloon Car Championship.

The Vinna Sport driver recently enjoyed success, sharing a Ginetta with Pro Alloys Racing’s Loui Hounsell, who is back himself for the final event of the year.

Charlotte has been clear that her aim is to race full-time in the 2024 Milltek Sport Civic Cup.

Pro Alloys Racing are already fielding Bradley Kent in the Development Honda Civic FN2 this weekend, however, another new driver to their stable will be 2022 BRSCC Fiesta Junior Mk7 champion Harry England.

Having graduated from the Fiesta Juniors, one of two official feeder series to the TCR UK Touring Car Championship, Harry is another young driver looking for a full-time seat on the 2024 Civic Cup grid.

2023 has been a season where the Civic Cup has seen a lot of new talent taking part in various events, all with the aim of being a part of the championship next year

This is a clear sign of its popularity and the result of its being a part of the support package to TCR UK.

Championship Promoter Stewart Lines welcomes both Charlotte and Harry to the Civic Cup during its championship final weekend.

“The TCR UK Touring Car Championship package and its associate support races will be the place to be in 2024, it’s great to see new blood sampling our championships today to get ready for a full time return in the 2024 season.”
