Will Butt is the latest new driver to join the 2024 Milltek Sport Civic Cup, making his debut in a self-run Civic EP3.

A self-confessed lifelong fan of Motorsport, Will has raced in Autograss since he moved across to the discipline from the age of 12.

With championship wins including both the Western Autograss Championship and Penhow Autograss Club Class 1 Junior Championship in 2011, the Torfaen-based driver will now take on the challenge of the Milltek Sport Civic Cup this year.

Supported by his fiancé Chloe, his father and close friends, Will’s entry is a family-run and supported effort as he looks to make his mark on the UK’s most closely fought single-make club series.

Part of Will’s preparation has been to take on a personal fitness programme over the last 18 months, which has allowed him to get into better shape to go racing in the Civic Cup, where the season gets under at Brands Hatch on 13-14 April on the Indy circuit.

The former Autograss driver is excited to get his 2024 campaign underway.

“I cannot wait to get my 2024 season underway in the Civic Cup and I am so grateful to Chloe, my father and the boys in helping to get me on the grid. I’ve watched the championship for the last few seasons and it’s great to be a part of this year,” explained Will.

“As I make my way through the 2024 season, I’ll be racing in honour of my late friend Adam Millett, commemorating his memory by carrying a graphic on the roof of my car. I made a promise that I’ll keep it pinned and that’s what I’ll be doing this year. I look forward to revealing what the livery looks like before the season starts.”
