Anthony Gannon & Detail Car Care Racing are back in 2024

Anthony Gannon will be back in 2024, returning to the Milltek Sport Civic Cup for his second consecutive season, running under the Detail Car Care Racing banner.

Anthony, who has been a long-time fan of the Civic Cup, made his racing debut last year in the Detail Car Care Racing Civic EP3 and was soon on the pace as he fought for Goodyear Diamond Awards honours.

Taking his first Goodyear Diamond win in the second race at Knockhill, the Wiltshire-based driver added a further 5 wins to his tally, taking all three Goodyear Diamond victories at Silverstone and also the final two of the year at the Brands Hatch Finale.

Taking into account a further eight podium finishes, Anthony finished his debut season as runner-up in the class for drivers aged 40 and over.

Returning for the 2024 season in his family-run Civic EP3, the Detail Car Care Racing driver is looking forward to his second year of racing in the Milltek Sport Civic Cup, which gets underway at Brands Hatch, on the Indy circuit, on April 13-14.

“Being my first year racing, I thoroughly enjoyed the 2023 championship and genuinely cannot wait to get started this season. I have made some great friends in the paddock and James, my mechanic, will be back by my side ensuring we claim the Goodyear Diamond Trophy this year!” explained Anthony.

“We still have some opportunities left for any companies who are looking to enhance their visibility throughout the season. See you at Brands Hatch in April!”
