Josh Bromley targeting improved second season in the Milltek Civic Cup

Josh Bromley has confirmed that he will be back for a second consecutive season in the Milltek Civic Cup.

Having made his debut last year, Josh returns for his second year in the championship as he looks to move up the grid, working alongside Hutcheon Racing in his Bromley Motorsport run Civic EP3 this year.

Silverstone National in August proved to be the best weekend of the year for Josh, where he took a pair of seventh places across the four races that weekend.

Having missed Oulton Park and the Silverstone Finale last year due to business commitments, the Derbyshire based driver is back for the full season.

Much more knowledgeable about the Civic from last year, Josh is already working hard on the Bromley Motorsport run Civic to his liking and targeting improved consistency this year.

“I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be racing in the Milltek Civic Cup this year, having really enjoyed my first season in the championship from last year. The racing was super close, and it was great to be a part of such an exciting and friendly paddock,” said Josh.

“I showed on several occasions that I had the speed last year, but not the consistency, so this year is all about changing that. I know it’s a competitive field; however, I’m targeting consistent top ten finishes and maybe the odd podium will come my way as well.”

Championship Promoter Stewart Lines welcomes Jash back to the championship for 2025.

“Josh was one of the many new drivers who joined the Milltek Civic Cup last year and got to grips with the car and the racing almost straight away. The championship is incredibly competitive every year and is recognised as one of the toughest single-make club championships in the UK,” said Stewart.

“It’s great to see Josh come back with his own team to take on a second season in the championship, and I look forward to seeing how he develops as a driver through the 2025 season.”
