Ruddell Targets Front-Running Season with MJB Sports Cars

Jack Ruddell will line up for the forthcoming season with MJB Sports Cars, led by Morgan Bailey, continuing a successful partnership that now spans three years. The stability of the team and Bailey’s extensive championship knowledge provide a strong foundation as Ruddell looks to build on recent success.

Heading into the new campaign, Ruddell’s objectives are focused firmly at the sharp end of the grid. The goal is to deliver consistent race wins and podium finishes, with the intention of being fully involved in the championship battle as the season reaches its conclusion. Ruddell arrives as the current Paul Winfield Champion, underlining his credentials as a leading contender.

Away from his main championship programme, Ruddell also competes in Masters Historic, racing a pre-1966 Ford Mustang. In addition, he competes in the Motor Racing Legends, sharing the paddock with current BTCC Champion Tom Ingram, whose experience continues to provide valuable guidance in developing Ruddell’s race craft and overall pace.

“The aim this year is to be fighting at the front every weekend and put together a genuine championship challenge,” said Ruddell. “Staying with MJB Sports Cars gives me confidence, and the experience I gain racing in other series continues to help me improve.”

Championship Manager Jack Finlan highlighted Ruddell’s potential heading into the season.

“Jack has proven himself as a front-runner, and coming in as the reigning Paul Winfield Champion puts him in a very strong position,” said Finlan. “With the continuity he has and the level of experience around him, he’s undoubtedly one of the drivers to watch.”
